目的:优选土炒白术的最佳炮制工艺条件。方法:以白术水提取物、醇提取物和白术内酯Ⅲ含量为指标,选择锅内空间温度、炮制时间、伏龙肝用量3个因素,采用L_9(3~(4))正交试验法对白术炮制工艺进行优选。结果:土炒白术的最佳炮制工艺为:锅内空间温度220℃~250℃,炮制时间6 min,伏龙肝用量30%。结论:用正交试验法优选出的白术土炒炮制工艺稳定性好,可更好保证炮制品的质量。
Objective: To optimize the best processing technology of soil fry atractylodes. Methods: According to the content of Atractylodes macrocephala water extract, alcohol extract and atractylenolide Ⅲ as the index, three factors of space temperature, processing time and the dosage of Fulong liver were selected. The orthogonal experiment method of L_9 (3 ~ (4)) Atractylodes processing technology preferred. Results: The best processing technology of soil frying atractylodes macrocephala was as follows: the space temperature in the pot was 220 ℃ ~ 250 ℃, processing time was 6 min, the content of Fulong liver was 30%. Conclusion: The orthogonal experiment method to optimize the Atractylodes frying process has good stability, which can better ensure the quality of processed products.
