研究膈肌疲劳与小儿呼吸衰竭的关系。方法因呼吸系统疾病住院患儿323例,其中并呼吸衰竭188例,无呼吸衰竭135例.正常对照组80例。应用ZKⅥ型智能阻抗议检测膈肌功能。结果膈肌疲劳与呼吸衰竭是一定相关性。结论生物电阻抗仪呼吸图仪可早期诊断膈肌疲劳,亦可为重、危病人的监护和预后判断。
To study the relationship between diaphragmatic fatigue and pediatric respiratory failure. Methods 323 cases of hospitalized children with respiratory diseases, including 188 cases of respiratory failure, no respiratory failure in 135 cases. 80 cases of normal control group. Application ZK Ⅵ intelligent impedance protocol to detect diaphragmatic function. The results of diaphragmatic fatigue and respiratory failure is a certain correlation. Conclusion The bioelectrical impedance spectrometer breath instrument early diagnosis of diaphragmatic fatigue, but also for heavy and critically ill patients custody and prognosis.
