为了寻找适用于灰树花工厂化生产的出菇方式,研究了套环出菇、缠口出菇、割口出菇、割口覆瓦出菇和搔菌出菇5种灰树花直接出菇方式的催蕾效果和出菇效果。结果表明,割口覆瓦出菇方式显著优于其它出菇方式,其菌丝恢复时间为2天,原基形成时间为5天,原基直径9.5 cm,出菇期22天,菇体深灰黑色,菇体直径16.3 cm,平均产量254.90 g,首批菇生物转化率为63.72%,出菇率为100%,是一种较适宜的出菇方式,可以在工厂化生产中推广应用。
In order to find the fruiting way suitable for the industrialized production of Grifola frondosa, we studied five kinds of Grifola frondosa directly out Mushroom way to promote the effect of Lei and fruiting. The results showed that the method of cutting through the mouth was much better than other fruiting methods. The mycelial recovery time was 2 days, the primordium formation time was 5 days, the diameter of primordium was 9.5 cm, the fruiting period was 22 days, Gray-black, mushroom body diameter of 16.3 cm, the average yield of 254.90 g, the first batch of mushrooms biological conversion rate of 63.72%, fruiting rate of 100%, is a more suitable fruiting way, can be promoted in the factory production.
