以生态经济学理论为基础,对1990-2011年APEC成员国经济增长与碳排放福利绩效的关系进行了分析,得到以下主要结论:1智利、越南、日本等国的碳排放福利绩效水平较高,新加坡、秘鲁、巴布亚新几内亚等国的碳排放福利绩效增长较快;2经济增长与碳排放福利绩效之间为U型曲线关系,即经济增长一开始不利于碳排放福利绩效的提升,但当达到一定阶段后,经济增长对碳排放福利绩效能起到促进作用;3贸易依存度与碳排放福利绩效之间为正相关关系,城市化率与碳排放福利绩效之间为负相关关系。最后,根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议。
Based on the theory of ecological economics, this paper analyzes the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions and welfare performance of APEC member countries from 1990 to 2011. The main conclusions are as follows: 1 The performance of carbon emission benefits in Chile, Vietnam, Japan and other countries is relatively high , The performance of carbon emissions in Singapore, Peru, Papua New Guinea and other countries increased rapidly. 2 The relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions and benefits was a U-shaped curve, that is, the economic growth did not help to improve the performance of carbon emissions and benefits at the beginning, When a certain stage is reached, economic growth can play a catalytic role in the performance of carbon emission benefits; 3 There is a positive correlation between trade dependence and carbon emissions and welfare performance, and there is a negative correlation between urbanization rate and carbon emissions and welfare performance. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
