目的探讨精液粘度增高导致男性不育的机理。方法共4337例不育门诊就诊者,分为精液粘度增高和正常组,观察粘度与主要精液常规参数、UU感染率和AsAb阳性率关系。结果精液粘度增高率为65.02%。粘度增高组精子活动率、a,b级活力精子率显著低于粘度正常组(P<0.05,P<0.001);畸形精子率、液化时间均明显高于粘度正常组(P<0.001);两组精液量、精子密度和精液pH比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。精液白细胞>5个/HP组粘度增高率明显高于白细胞<5个/HP组(P<0.001)。粘度增高组精浆AsAb阳性率和精液UU阳性率均明显高于粘度正常组(P<0.001)。结论精液粘度可影响精液参数,并与精液白细胞数、精浆AsAb和UU感染有关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of male infertility caused by the increase of viscosity of semen. Methods A total of 4337 infertility clinic patients were divided into semen viscosity increase and normal group. The relationship between viscosity and the main parameters of semen, UU infection rate and AsAb positive rate was observed. Results The increase rate of sperm viscosity was 65.02%. Viscosity increased sperm motility, a, b grade sperm motility was significantly lower than the normal viscosity group (P <0.05, P <0.001); abnormal sperm rate, liquefaction time were significantly higher than the normal viscosity group (P <0.001) Group sperm volume, sperm concentration and semen pH no significant difference (P> 0.05). The increase in viscosity of semen leukocytes> 5 / HP group was significantly higher than that of white blood cells <5 / HP group (P <0.001). The positive rate of AsAb and the positive rate of semen UU in the group with higher viscosity were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.001). Conclusion Semen viscosity can affect sperm parameters and is associated with seminal leukocytes, seminal plasma AsAb and UU infection.
