目的建立健康人群的真胰岛素(TI)正常参考范围,以助于研究因胰岛素改变而引起的内分泌疾病。方法健康人600例,其中男300例为男性组,女300例为女性组,年龄16~40岁为低年龄组,年龄40~60岁为高年龄组。于上午08:00空腹取静脉血3mL。采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)和化学发光法测定胰岛素。结果健康人组RIA法胰岛素为(121.18±39.5)pmol/L,化学发光法TI为(33.00±19.06)pmol/L比较两种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性组TI为(34.22±20.89)pmol/L,女性组TI为(32.12±16.84)pmol/L性别组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低年龄组TI为(32.15±18.68)pmol/L,高年龄组TI为(33.32±18.67)pmol/L。年龄组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康男性TI正常参考值范围为(9.08~95.34)pmol/L;健康女性TI正常参考值范围为(12.35~92.78)pmol/L。TI测定能更准确分析胰岛β细胞功能。
Objective To establish the true reference range of true insulin (TI) in healthy people to help study endocrine diseases caused by insulin changes. Methods Six hundred healthy individuals were enrolled. Among them, 300 were male and 300 were female. The age group of 16-40 years old was low age group and the age group of 40-60 years old was high age group. At 8:00 am fasting blood taken 3mL. Insulin was determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and chemiluminescence. Results The insulin sensitivity of RIA method was (121.18 ± 39.5) pmol / L in healthy people, and 33.00 ± 19.06 pmol / L in chemiluminescence method was statistically significant (P <0.01). TI was (34.22 ± 20.89) pmol / L in male and TI was (32.12 ± 16.84) pmol / L in female. There was no significant difference in sex between male and female (P> 0.05). TI in low age group was (32.15 ± 18.68) pmol / L and in high age group was (33.32 ± 18.67) pmol / L. There was no significant difference between the age groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The normal range of TI for healthy male is (9.08 ~ 95.34) pmol / L, while the normal range of TI for healthy female is (12.35 ~ 92.78) pmol / L. TI assay can be more accurate analysis of pancreatic β-cell function.
