珊瑚礁灰岩具有结构多变、次生钙质胶结、多孔、重度小、性脆、强度较低且变化大等工程特性。这些特性给钻孔灌注桩施工带来很大的困难,极易造成钻孔漏浆、坍孔等质量和环保风险。本工程通过采用粘土护壁、气举反循环清孔等方法成功解决了问题,并总结了一套珊瑚礁灰岩地质条件下的钻孔灌注桩施工工艺。该工艺在国内外海洋环境以及类似地质条件下的施工具有重要借鉴意义。
Coral reef limestone with structural change, secondary calcareous cement, porous, heavy, brittle, low strength and large changes in engineering features. These features bring great difficulties to the construction of bored pile, which can easily lead to the quality and environmental risk of drilling leakage and collapse. The project successfully solved the problems by adopting the clay retaining wall and the air lift reverse circulation clear hole, and summarized the construction technology of a bored pile under geological conditions of coral reef limestone. The craft has important referential significance in the construction of marine environment and similar geological conditions at home and abroad.
