目的观察0.4%等比液罗哌卡因腰硬联合阻滞麻醉（CSEA）在老年人下肢骨折手术中的应用效果和安全性。方法 160例下肢骨折老年患者,按随机数字表法分为B组和D组,手术均取患肢在上侧卧位,采用驼人AS-E/S型16 g穿刺针,穿刺点L3～4,B组注入0.4%等比液罗哌卡因1.5～2.5 ml（含罗哌卡因6～10 mg）,D组注入0.4%等比液布比卡因1.5～2.5 ml（含布比卡因6～10 mg）,硬脊膜外腔向头置管3 cm。结果 B组感觉和运动阻滞起效时间、达到最高阻滞平面时间均长于D组,但镇痛时间、最大
