当前,在我国煤矿机械设备中,采用液压传动与液压控制,已相当普遍。但是,由于使用不当和管理不善.往往发生故障、造成重大损失。经调查,其中有许多是与液压系统的严重污染有关,这已成为在煤矿机械设备中采用和推广液压技术的一大障碍。因此,如何全面控制液压系统的污染,提高其工作可靠性、延长使用寿命,发挥出应有的效用,从而提高煤矿的劳动生产率和经济效益,已显得十分迫切和十分重要。 本讲座,在调查研究的基础上,结合实例全面、系统地阐明煤矿机械液压系统污染控制的意义、方法和措施,介绍当代液压系统污染控制的新技术、新成果,并探讨实现最优控制和管理的有效方法和途径。讲座计划安排四讲,从本期起连续刊发。
At present, in China’s coal mine machinery and equipment, the use of hydraulic transmission and hydraulic control, has been quite common. However, due to misuse and mismanagement, failures often result in significant losses. After investigation, many of them are related to the serious pollution of the hydraulic system, which has become a major obstacle to adopting and popularizing hydraulic technology in the coal mine machinery and equipment. Therefore, how to control the pollution of the hydraulic system in an all-round way, improve the working reliability, prolong the service life and exert the proper utility, so as to improve the labor productivity and economic efficiency of coal mines, has become very urgent and very important. This lecture, on the basis of investigation and study, combined with examples to comprehensively and systematically clarify the significance, methods and measures of pollution control of coal mine mechanical hydraulic system, introduces new technologies and new achievements of contemporary hydraulic system pollution control, and discusses how to achieve optimal control and Effective management methods and ways. Four lectures are scheduled for the program, which are published continuously from this issue.
