日益严重的环境问题和能源紧缺的现实,迫使人们必须降低内燃机排放,提高燃油经济性。在未经处理的情况下,柴油机的排放性能优于汽油机,但加上三元催化转换装置后的汽油机,其排放性能大大提高。文中分析了柴油机产生氮氧化物(NOX)、微粒、碳氢化合物(HC)和一氧化碳(CO)的条件,根据排放物的生成原因,从柴油机的机内净化角度,阐述了废气涡轮增压技术、废气再循环以及掺烧对NOX和微粒等排放的影响,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The increasingly serious environmental problems and the reality of energy shortage have forced people to reduce their internal combustion engine emissions and improve their fuel economy. In the case of untreated, the diesel engine discharge performance is better than the gasoline engine, but with the three-way catalytic converter after the gasoline engine, the emission performance greatly improved. In this paper, the conditions of diesel engine generating nitrogen oxides (NOX), particulates, hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) are analyzed. According to the generation of emissions, the exhaust gas turbocharger , Exhaust gas recirculation and mixing and burning on NOX and particulates and other emissions, and prospects for future trends.
