为了探讨长江中上游低质低效次生林改造途径,摸索综合评价土壤肥力及林分土壤发育状况的方法。研究了次生林不同林分类型土壤微生物数量及酶的活性.结果表明:次生林土壤微生物数量主要集中在0~20cm的土层中,随土层加深,其数量迅速减少;不同林分类型土壤微生物数量相差很大,阔叶林、针阔混交林的数量多而针叶林的数量少;土壤酶的活性以针阔混交林、阔叶林的强.
In order to explore ways to transform low-quality and low-efficiency secondary forests in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, a comprehensive assessment of soil fertility and stand soil development status was explored. The amount of soil microorganisms and enzyme activities in different stand types of secondary forest were studied. The results showed that the quantity of soil microbe in the secondary forest was mainly concentrated in the soil layer of 0-20 cm, and the number decreased rapidly with the deepening of the soil layer. The quantity of soil microbe in different forest types varied greatly, and the number of broadleaved forest and coniferous and broadleaf mixed forest While the number of coniferous forest is less. The activity of soil enzyme is stronger in mixed coniferous and broadleaf forest and broadleaf forest.
