以教育部公布的2009年1月前进入“211工程”大学的100种自然科学类学报为研究对象,统计各学报的载文量和基金论文比,根据文献计量学原理并参考相关文献进行分析。结果显示:100种“211工程”大学自然科学类学报的刊均载文量为229.55篇,刊均基金论文比为77.7%。不同学科和地域的学报载文量和基金论文比差别均较大,且不同学科的载文量与其基金论文比基本相反,即载文量越大基金论文比越低。从基金论文比来看,“211工程”大学学报的学术质量可以称得上是我国高校学报学术质量的最高水平。
Based on 100 natural science journals published by the Ministry of Education and entered into the “211 Project” University before January 2009, the paper counts the number of papers and the ratio of fund papers in each journal. Based on the bibliometric principles and with reference to relevant literature Analyze. The results showed that there were 229.55 papers in 100 kinds of “211 Engineering” natural science journals and 77.7% of the total published papers. The academic papers of different disciplines and regions have greater differences in terms of number of articles and fund papers, and the number of articles in different disciplines is basically the same as that of fund papers. That is, the higher the number of papers, the lower the ratio of fund papers. From the perspective of fund theses, the academic quality of “211 Project” University Journal can be regarded as the highest level of the academic quality of China’s university journals.
