选煤企业的改革过程中,生产模式与管理模式的改变使企业对符合企业特点的人才需求的迫切性大大提高。企业在人才培养过程中考虑人力经营成本的控制。对企业来说,依靠从外部引进来获得人才的方式伴随着配套的人力管理要求,而通过内部现有员工进行培训,来获得企业所需类型人才,是一种风险较小的投资行为。本文对顺和选煤厂人力资源经营过程进行了分析,提出通过建立生产学习过程双联动的人才培养机制,来达到控制人力成本和满足企业人才需求的目的。
During the process of reforming the coal preparation enterprises, the change of production mode and management mode has greatly increased the urgency of the enterprises to meet the needs of the talents of enterprises. Enterprises in the process of personnel training to consider the control of manpower operating costs. It is a less risky investment for an enterprise to rely on the introduction of talent from the outside and the accompanying manpower management requirements, and training of the existing staff to obtain the type of talent required by the enterprise. This paper analyzes the process of human resource management in Shunhe Coal Preparation Plant and puts forward that the goal of controlling manpower cost and meeting the needs of enterprise talents can be achieved by establishing a double-linkage mechanism of personnel training in production learning process.
