目的:建立HPLC法测定复方川芎吲哚美辛吡罗昔康胶囊川芎中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC色谱法,色谱柱为AgillentTC C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.5 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(30:70)为流动相,检测波长为321 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:阿魏酸在3.16～31.60 mg·L~(-1)范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。结论:本法准确快捷,可用作其含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. Methods: The chromatographic column was Agillent TC C 18 column (200 mm × 4.5 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-1% acetic acid solution (30:70) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 321 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The linear relationship between peak area and ferulic acid was good in the range of 3.16 ~ 31.60 mg · L ~ (-1), r = 0.999 8, the average recovery was 98.0% and RSD was 1.4% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is accurate and fast, can be used as the determination of its content.
