临床上应用的缝线,无论在缝合伤口时或在手术后阶段很少仍保持干燥,缝线和身体脂肪、体液接触,改变了表面特性并影响其摩擦性能。为了充分了解影响外科结安全的因素,需要研究改变作用的本质,本研究用二种液体,一种含盐溶液,一种为浓缩甘油,此处分别称为润滑剂A和B,前一种是模拟机体环境中常规广泛应用的液体,后者是一种为了解高粘稠的液体对摩擦力影响适宜的润滑剂。试验分二阶段,首先作许多预备的试验,以建立用润滑剂能重复出结果的方法,缝线用messilene(聚酯纤维)。随后用这些方法作最后试验,目的为研究润滑剂对不同缝线摩擦性能的作用。资料与方法
