本文研究了Nafion化学修饰电极预富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水样平浪量锰。在pH4的盐酸底液中,锰(Ⅱ)在负电位下还原电积在Nafion修饰钨丝圆盘电极上,然后置于石墨杯中进行原子吸收光谱法测定。锰的测定线性范围为0.5~5.0ng/ml,回收率在91%~104%之间,对含5.0ng/ml锰的溶液六次平行测定变异系数为1.0%,检出限为0.48ng/ml。
In this paper, Nafion chemically modified electrode preconcentration - Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was used to determine the amount of manganese in water samples. In the hydrochloric acid solution at pH4, manganese (Ⅱ) was reduced and electrowinned at Nafion modified tungsten disk electrode at negative potential, then placed in a graphite cup for atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear range of the determination of manganese was 0.5 ~ 5.0ng / ml, the recovery was between 91% ~ 104%, the coefficient of variation (CV) was 1.0% for six parallel determinations of the solution containing 5.0ng / ml manganese The limit is 0.48ng / ml.
