目的:对吊扬尘的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等方法分离化合物,根据理化性质和波谱解析鉴定各化合物的结构。结果:从吊扬尘石油醚提取物中分离得到8个化合物:Buddlindeterpene B(1)、Buddledin B(2)、Buddledin C(3)、deacetyldihydrobuddledin A(4)、dihydrobuddledinC(5)、Suberosol B(6)、Gadain(7)、Hinokinin(8)。结论:化合物1、4~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To separate and identify the chemical constituents of suspended dust. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of each compound were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts of suspended dust: Buddlindeterpene B(1), Buddledin B(2), Buddledin C(3), deacetyldihydrobuddledin A(4), dihydrobuddledinC(5), Suberosol B(6) Gadain (7), Hinokinin (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 4-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
