业已报道,应用皮质激素能升高眼压。在60年代,Armaly和Becker推测这种反应是有遗传性的,且控制该反应的基因与原发性开角型青光眼的基因有密切关系。假如皮质激素反应与原发性开角型青光眼的遗传性有关,皮质激素试验将可成为预测青光眼的有用指标,为此作者进行了此项回顾性研究。方法:对788例双眼动态视野计检查及视乳头正常的人,用0.1%地塞米松点一眼,每日4次,连续6周。3、6周后各测一次眼压。随访5~20年。对地塞米松眼压反应按Becker标准分为3级:(1)低度敏感,<20mmHg;(2)中度敏感,20~31mmHg;
It has been reported that the application of corticosteroids can increase intraocular pressure. In the 1960s, Armaly and Becker speculated that the response was hereditary and that the genes controlling the reaction were closely linked to the genes in primary open-angle glaucoma. If the corticosteroid response is associated with the genetic inheritance of primary open-angle glaucoma, the corticosteroid test can be a useful indicator of glaucoma, for which the authors conducted this retrospective study. Methods: A total of 788 eyes with dynamic binocular visual field examination and normal papilla were spotted with 0.1% dexamethasone 4 times daily for 6 weeks. 3,6 weeks after the measured intraocular pressure.
