研究了在过氧化二苯甲酰(B.P.)存在下,丙烯腈及丙烯腈正丁酯对OH封端的二甲基聚硅氧烷的接枝共聚。并讨论下述因素:单体间的比例、单体对基体的比例、引发剂的浓度和温度对接枝效率的影响。原料的最佳配比是:二甲基聚硅氧烷40份、丙烯腈13份、丙烯酸正丁酯47份。接校共聚的转化率约95%,接枝效率大于90%。室温硫化橡胶具有较好的机械强度并提高了耐油性。浸在航空1~#煤油中,室温24小时的体积变化为21%,重量变化为12.1%;180℃24小时的体积变化为45%,重量变化为28.5%。
The graft copolymerization of OH-terminated dimethylpolysiloxane with acrylonitrile and n-butyl acrylonitrile in the presence of dibenzoyl peroxide (B.P.) was studied. The following factors were also discussed: the ratio of monomer to monomer, the ratio of monomer to substrate, the concentration of initiator and the effect of temperature on graft efficiency. The best ratio of raw materials: 40 parts of dimethyl polysiloxane, 13 parts of acrylonitrile, 47 parts of n-butyl acrylate. The conversion of the copolymerization is about 95%, the graft efficiency is greater than 90%. Room temperature vulcanized rubber has good mechanical strength and improved oil resistance. Immersed in aviation 1 ~ # kerosene, the volume change was 21% and the weight change was 12.1% at room temperature for 24 hours; the volume change was 45% and the weight change was 28.5% at 180 ° C for 24 hours.
