中职学生的英语学习基础普遍比较弱，部分学生相当于从零开始学习英语。还有部分学生学习态度不端正，根本不愿学习。身为中职英语教师的我们面临着许多教学难题。本文试利用跨文化交际学说的理论促进中职英语教学实效，提高中职学生英语交际运用的能力。
