课程改革的关键是解决学生怎样学、如何学的问题,而课堂教学改革则是实现课程改革的重中之重。即帮助学生实现由“学会”转化为“会学”到“好学”的转变,真正体现学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习、快乐学习;而教师的职责就是服务于学生的学习,组织、引导、观察、倾听、帮助,师生共同参与学习全过程,以实现启迪学生智慧、培养学生能力的目标。
