通过回顾性群组研究,对女司乘人员的705次妊娠及对照组女职工的737次妊娠的妊娠经过和结局进行比较。结果表明女司乘人员自然流产率为8.2%,显著高于对照组(4.6%,P<0.005),RR1.8,95%可信限1.192~2.867。在调整了可能的混杂因素吸烟,经Mantel-Haenszel法检验结果,ORM-H1.92,95%可信限1.21~3.06, 8.09,P<0.004,差异仍具有显著性。早产率及死胎死产率,两组间无明显差异。妊娠并发症发病率两组间也无明显差异。女司乘人员所生婴儿中低出生体重的发生率为65.1%,显著高于对照组(30.4‰,P<0.005)。
A retrospective cohort study compared pregnancy outcomes and outcomes for 705 pregnancies with female attendant passengers and 737 pregnancies for female workers in the control group. The results showed that the female abortion crew spontaneous abortion rate was 8.2%, significantly higher than the control group (4.6%, P <0.005), RR1.8, 95% confidence limits 1.192 ~ 2.867. After adjustment for possible confounding smoking, the Mantel-Haenszel test showed that ORM-H1.92 had a 95% confidence limit of 1.21 to 3.06, 8.09, P <0.004, with a significant difference Sex. Preterm birth rate and stillbirth rate, no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of pregnancy complications between the two groups. The incidence of low birth weight among infants born by female staff was 65.1%, significantly higher than that of the control group (30.4 ‰, P <0.005).
