坝陵河大桥是目前国内第一座采用桥面吊机法施工的钢桁加劲梁悬索桥。施工技术复杂,相应配套的机械设备目前国内还没有生产制造经验。通过对采用桥面吊机架设钢桁梁过程中钢桁梁和主缆吊索的结构受力分析,研究了机械设备的施工技术方案,为桥面吊机法施工配套的机械设备的设计、制造和采购招标提供参考。
The Baling River Bridge is the first steel truss stiffening girder suspension bridge to be constructed by the deck crane method in China. Construction technology is complex, the corresponding supporting machinery and equipment currently do not have manufacturing experience. Through the mechanical analysis of the steel truss girder and the main cable sling used in the erection of the steel truss girder by the bridge crane, the construction technical scheme of the mechanical equipment is studied.
