为全面了解连队食堂卫生设施状况,合理指导基层连队“生进熟出”一条龙伙房的新建、改建工作,对我区连队食堂卫生设施状况进行了调查,现报告如下: (一)调查内容和方法以军区卫生监测监督指导中心收集的食堂档案为抽查来源,采取随机抽样的办法,对被抽查到的连队食堂主要调查了室内地面及灶台构筑材料,卫生洗消设施,水源种类及污水排放,食堂面积及各房间布局情况。(二)结果与讨论调查了254个连队
