新社会阶层作为当前市场经济社会系统中的桥梁,自身拥有多种优势.不仅是社会多元主体中的一部分,更是社会管理创新的推动者,对促进社会管理健康发展有重要的意义.而党校是党员和党员干部进行培训、教育的主阵地,其致力于培养学员用马克思主义立场、观点、方法观察和处理问题的能力,提高学员的政治思想观念、科学文化水平和增强党性,同时承担着党的建设理论的创新和传播的使命.而加强新社会阶层的社会管理,就必须依靠党校的优势地位,有效地引导符合社会发展的新方式,广泛科学地参与到新社会阶层的管理工作中,为促进社会主义和谐社会发挥积极作用.
