通过试验研究了不同配合比下水泥-石灰-粉煤灰体系加气混凝土板材的发气稳定性、稠化速度、密度及强度等各项性能。结果表明,影响其基本性能的因素主要有原材料的钙硅比、发气剂的添加量、粉煤灰的基本性能、浇注温度及影响其强度和韧性的添加剂等。最终确定稳泡剂掺量为0.02%时的最佳配比为:m(水泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(石膏)∶m(铝粉膏)∶m(废浆)=13.6∶14.0∶62.6∶2.9∶0.1∶5.6;最佳养护制度为:60℃静停2~4 h后,180℃蒸压养护8 h,此时制备的加气混凝土板材气孔结构最均匀,试块匀质性最好,密度为511 kg/m~3时的抗压强度可以达到4.7 MPa。
