遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,为了配合计划生育工作,寻求一种比较安全、有效的引产药物。我们在应用穿心莲液对中期妊娠引产启发下,与药剂科共同合作,通过动物实验,证明我院自制的崩大碗液对离体孕宫有收缩作用,对已孕家兔羊膜腔内注入亦可引起流产的试验成功。于1977年8月下旬开始应用于临床。二个月来,应用于中孕引产羊水交换共36例,不需加用任何宫缩剂,100％引产成功。初步认为,崩大碗液羊水交换引产是有效、安全的引产方法,现小结如下。
