国务院总理李克强9月5日主持召开国务院常务会议,部署在关键领域和薄弱环节加大补短板工作力度,依靠改革开放推动发展升级和民生改善。有短板不足为惧,我们要正视并努力补齐。当前,补短板面临两个重要的难得机遇:一是有原材料等大宗商品价格较低的有利时机;二是它恰与我们正在实施的供给侧结构性改革相应相契。要想真正把各种短板补齐补足,就要因应不同短板的不同性质,各有侧重,因“短”施策。而总体来说,最主要的是在“推”字上下功夫。
