本文研究了利用 Fe(NO_3)_3水溶液强力水解制备纺锤形a-Fe_2O_3微粒的影响因素,比较了密闭的静态环境和沸腾回流的动态开放环境这两种不同状态下水解反应的结果。发现加入微量 NaH_2PO_4后,可以实现在较高 Fe(NO_3)_3起始浓度和较短水解时间内制备颗粒完整、尺寸比较均匀的纺锤形 NPa-Fe_2O_3粒子。本文还对反应机理及影响因素进行了探讨。这些对实现 NP 磁粉新合成方法具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the influencing factors for the preparation of spindle-shaped a-Fe_2O_3 particles by intensive hydrolysis of Fe (NO_3) _3 aqueous solution were studied. The results of hydrolysis reaction under two different states of closed static environment and boiling open-loop dynamic open environment were compared. It was found that spindle-shaped NPa-Fe 2 O 3 particles with complete size and uniform size could be prepared by adding a small amount of NaH 2 PO 4 at higher initial Fe (NO 3) 3 concentration and shorter hydrolysis time. This article also discusses the reaction mechanism and influencing factors. These have a certain reference value for the realization of new NP magnetic synthesis method.
