冷再生技术是采用一次性粉碎法,将路面混合料在原路面上就地铣刨、翻挖、破碎,再掺入一定数量符合标准的再生剂、水泥、水(或加入乳化沥青)和骨料,按设定的厚度,用冷再生机进行处理后,经整形、碾压和后期养生,使其达到设计路基结构层技术要求的一种施工工艺。冷再生工艺分为厂拌和路拌两种,东缉虎营冷再生改造工程采用厂拌泡沫沥青冷再生技术。从原材料、组成设计和施工控制3个方面,对如何控制厂拌泡沫沥青冷再生层的施工质量问题进行了论述。
