目的:探讨岷当归有效成分(当归挥发油、当归多糖、阿魏酸)对高同型半胱氨酸血症(HH_(cy))兔SOD、MDA及i NOS的影响。方法:日本大耳白兔48只,随机分为正常组、模型组、当归挥发油组、当归多糖组、阿魏酸组和叶酸维生素组,每组8只。采用DL-蛋氨酸皮下注射法建立HH_(cy)家兔模型。造模8周后各给药组给予相应药物灌胃。12周后检测各组血清同型半胱氨酸(H_(cy))、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)。结果:模型组血清H_(cy)水平高于正常组(P<0.05),HH_(cy)模型形成;与模型组比较,当归挥发油组、阿魏酸组血清H_(cy)水平明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,当归多糖组、阿魏酸组血清SOD水平升高、MDA与i NOS水平下降(P<0.05)。结论:清除氧自由基、减轻脂质过氧化、提高抗氧化酶活性可能是岷当归及其有效成分防治HH_(cy)致动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effects of active ingredients of Angelica sinensis (Angelica sinensis, Angelica sinensis polysaccharides, ferulic acid) on SOD, MDA and iNOS in hyperhomocysteinemia (HH cy) rabbits. Methods: Forty-eight Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, angelica volatile oil group, Angelica sinensis polysaccharide group, ferulic acid group and folic acid vitamin group, with 8 in each group. HH cy cyte rabbit model was established by DL-methionine subcutaneous injection. After 8 weeks of modeling, each administration group was given the corresponding drug gavage. After 12 weeks, serum homocysteine (Hcy), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) were detected. Results: Compared with the normal group (P <0.05), the level of Hcy in the model group was higher than that in the normal group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the serum Hcy levels in the volatile oil group and the ferulic acid group were significantly decreased <0.05). Compared with the model group, the serum SOD level and the levels of MDA and iNOS in the Angelica polysaccharide group and the ferulic acid group decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scavenging oxygen free radicals, reducing lipid peroxidation and increasing antioxidant enzyme activity may be one of the mechanisms by which Angelica sinensis and its active ingredients can prevent and treat HH cy cystogenic atherosclerosis.
