以小白菜为试材,通过盆栽试验设置7个不同施肥处理,研究鸡粪有机肥和牛粪有机肥在氮镉交互作用下对小白菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,施入不同处理的鸡粪和牛粪均能极显著地增加小白菜鲜重、土壤蛋白酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性。与CK相比,施入鸡粪50g/5kg土、牛粪50g/5kg土、牛粪100g/5kg土极显著地提高了小白菜维生素C的含量,分别提高了4.98%、9.78%和15.12%。同时,施入鸡粪有机肥的3个处理及牛粪100g/5kg土显著降低了小白菜Cd的含量,分别降低了10.55%、7.67%、35.76%、18.79%,且鸡粪100g/5kg土和牛粪100g/5kg土处理达到了极显著差异水平。与CK相比,鸡粪20g/5kg土、鸡粪100g/5kg土和牛粪20g/5kg土极显著地降低了小白菜硝酸盐的含量,分别降低了11.07%、18.26%和29.09%。鸡粪50g/5kg土极显著地提高了脲酶活性,牛粪有机肥的3个处理均极显著地提高了土壤蔗糖酶活性。
With Chinese cabbage as tested material, seven different fertilization treatments were set up through pot experiment to study the effects of manure organic manure and cow dung manure on the yield, quality and soil enzyme activity of Chinese cabbage under the interaction of nitrogen and cadmium. The results showed that the fresh weight, soil protease activity and acid phosphatase activity of Chinese cabbage increased significantly compared with CK. Compared with CK, application of 50g / 5kg soil of chicken manure, 50g / 5kg soil of cattle manure and 100g / 5kg soil of cattle manure significantly increased the contents of vitamin C in cabbage by 4.98%, 9.78% and 15.12% . At the same time, the three treatments of applying manure with chicken manure and 100g / 5kg soil of cow dung significantly reduced the content of Cd in Chinese cabbage by 10.55%, 7.67%, 35.76% and 18.79%, respectively, and the chicken manure 100g / 5kg soil And cow dung 100g / 5kg soil treatment reached a very significant difference. Compared with CK, 20g / 5kg soil of chicken manure, 100g / 5kg soil of chicken manure and 20g / 5kg soil of cattle manure significantly reduced the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage, and decreased 11.07%, 18.26% and 29.09% respectively.
