介绍了用于大冶铁矿物料平衡计算的DYMBAL软件系统。根据所建立的平衡约束条件及目标函数 ,利用共轭方向算法并结合Lagrange乘子法对产率进行优化 ,调整各测定值使目标函数值最小。实际应用表明DYMBAL系统计算结果可靠 ,可用于现有生产流程的物料平衡计算。
The DYMBAL software system for the balance calculation of iron ore in Daye is introduced. Based on the established equilibrium constraints and the objective function, the conjugate direction algorithm and Lagrange multiplier method are used to optimize the yield, and the measured values are adjusted to minimize the objective function value. The practical application shows that the DYMBAL system has reliable calculation results and can be used for the material balance calculation of the existing production process.
