针对传统航空模锻工艺设计存在过分依赖经验,以及缺乏积累和继承工艺知识的问题,通过对其设计过程的影响因素分析,提出了基于实例推理的航空模锻工艺设计方法。利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各因素的推理权重;引入相似理论,得出了相似度的求解方式;并设计了以工艺相似系数为核心的实例推理算法。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of over-reliance on the design of traditional aviation forging process and the lack of knowledge of the process of accumulating and inheriting process knowledge, an air inforging process design method based on case-based reasoning is proposed by analyzing the influencing factors of its design process. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the reasoning weight of each factor. By introducing the similarity theory, the way of solving the similarity is obtained. And the example reasoning algorithm with the process similarity coefficient as the core is designed. Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
