本文介绍了用空间平板组合结构的有限元法计算机床大件刚度的基本原理和所编制的通用计算程序的主要特点。介绍了对不同粗细网格的立柱模型用有限元法进行计算的结果，并和解析法的计算结果作了对比。本文并列出了对数控龙门铣床的横梁的计算实例。
This paper introduces the basic principles of the finite element method of the computer bed using the space plate assembly structure and the main characteristics of the general calculation program. The calculation results of the column model with different thickness grids using the finite element method are introduced and compared with the calculation results of the analytical method. This article also lists examples of calculations for the crossbeams of CNC milling machines.
