国有企业是我国具有社会主义特色的市场经济中重要的组成部分,国有企业的资产投资管理,对于整个国家的经济发展都存在一定程度的影响。目前国有企业进行资产投资,主要采用以下三种方式:公益性投资(由中央政府部门主导)、基础性投资(由地方政府部门主导)、竞争性投资(由相关企业主导)。国有企业在进行资产投资的过程中,要明确投资项目的所属类别,在投资之前进行科学合理的项目评估以确定是否具有投资价值,在投资的过程中及时进行跟踪监督项目运行情况,在最后项目结束之后评估投资收益,才能切实的提高国有企业的经营效益。
