在中国人的哲学和中医理论中,身体和天地是共通的,要顺应四时阴阳的变化规律,人体的内外环境才能达到平衡,人才会健康。茶是最健康的饮品,饮茶也应该顺应天时和气候的变化。广大茶区的茶农根据二十四节气来安排生产,茶人也用节气来指导饮茶和茶事活动,以便让身体跟上自然气候的变化规律。本期专题,关注的就是茶与中国人的时间生活。从种茶、采茶、制茶,到喝茶、藏茶,茶与中国人的时间生活密不可分。
In the Chinese philosophy and Chinese medicine theory, the body and the world are common. To conform to the changing laws of the four yin and yang, the internal and external environment of the human body can be balanced and the human beings healthy. Tea is the most healthy drink, tea should also be responsive to weather and climate changes. The tea farmers in the tea-growers arranged their production according to 24 solar terms. The tea-makers also used solar terms to guide tea-drinking and tea-making activities so that the body could keep up with the changing laws of the natural climate. This issue, the concern is the tea and the Chinese people’s time life. From planting tea, picking tea, making tea, drinking tea, possession of tea, tea and Chinese people’s time life are inseparable.
