高容积率的高层住宅在满足了城市居民的住房需求,改善了居民的居住条件的同时,也存在着公共交往空间面积的不足和设计的不合理等诸多问题。本文立足于此,在实践调研和案例分析的基础上分析归纳了高层住宅公共空间限制交往的相关问题,并提出了一些对于改善高层住宅公共交往空间设计的建议。
High-volume high-rise residential houses meet the housing needs of urban residents and improve the living conditions of residents. Meanwhile, there are also many problems such as insufficient space for public communication and unreasonable design. Based on this, this article analyzes and summarizes the related problems of restricted space in high-rise residential public space based on the research and case studies, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the design of high-rise residential public space.
