在浮选回路中 ,扫选精矿一般返回到粗选槽中处理。该处理方法对扫选精矿并不十分有效 ,因其中的有用矿物与脉石矿物以细分散形式连生。本研究采用再磨和絮团浮选工艺来处理Fresnillo浮选厂硫化银扫选精矿 ,以提高浮选回路最终精矿的银品位和回收率。试验结果表明 ,该法处理扫选精矿非常有效 ,生产出的精矿银品位达到 3 3kg/t,回收率达到80 %。而常规工艺获得的精矿银品位只有 6kg/t,回收率为 70 %。显然 ,用再磨和絮团浮选替代浮选回路中简单的返回工艺将带来经济效益。同时发现 ,矿浆分散能够改善硫化银细矿粒的浮选效果
In the flotation circuit, the sweep concentrates are generally returned to the rougher tank for disposal. This treatment method is not very effective for the cleaning of concentrate, because of the useful minerals and gangue minerals in finely divided form. In this study, the regrinding and floc flotation processes were used to treat silver sulphide concentrate at the Fresnillo flotation plant to increase the silver grade and recovery of the final concentrate in the flotation circuit. The test results show that this method is very effective in the treatment of sweetened concentrates. The refined silver grade produced reaches 33kg / t and the recovery rate reaches 80%. The conventional process to obtain the concentrate silver grade only 6kg / t, the recovery rate of 70%. Obviously, it would be economically viable to replace the simple return process in the flotation circuit with regrinding and floc flotation. At the same time, it was found that the slurry dispersion can improve the flotation effect of silver sulfide fine ore particles
