以对甲基苯甲腈为原料,混酸硝化后所得产物经水合肼还原得到目标产物3-氨基-4-甲基苯甲腈,还原过程以10%FeO(OH)/C为催化剂。通过正交试验确定最佳反应条件,并得到硝化反应优化产率为86.55%;还原反应优化产率为79.64%;实验总产率为68.93%。产物结构用红外光谱(IR)进行了表征。
Using p-methylbenzonitrile as raw material, the product obtained by nitration of mixed acid was reduced with hydrazine hydrate to obtain the target product 3-amino-4-methylbenzonitrile. The reduction was carried out with 10% FeO (OH) / C as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The optimum yield of nitration was 86.55%. The optimized yield of reduction was 79.64%. The total yield of experiment was 68.93%. The product structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR).
