本文报告了氫化可的松对家兔严重燒伤早期血管通透性的影响。发現I~(131)标記血浆蛋白从循环血液中的半排出时在燒伤組平均为204.1分,在正常对照組为282.8分,燒伤給可的松組为340.5分。燒伤給可的松兔的半排出时大大延长为单純燒伤兔的1.6倍。燒伤給可的松兔脏器中标記蛋白的含量也較单純燒伤兔显著为低,基本接近正常。因此作者认为氫化可的松能降低家兔燒伤早期的血管通透性。
This article reports the effect of hydrocortisone on early vascular permeability in severely burned rabbits. It was found that the plasma levels of I ~ (131) labeled plasma were 204.1 at the burn group and 282.8 at the normal control group, and 340.5 at the burn to cortisone group, respectively, from the circulating blood. Burn to cortisone rabbit half drained greatly extended to 1.6 times the burn rabbit. The content of labeled protein in cortisone of Cortisone was also significantly lower than that of Burn rabbits, which was close to normal. Therefore, the authors believe that hydrocortisone can reduce vascular permeability in rabbits early burn.
