向母种培养基加入竹笋壳废弃物提取液,向原种、栽培种和木屑栽培基质中加入不同含量的竹笋壳废弃物,探索竹笋壳废弃物对灵芝菌丝体生长和栽培产量的影响。结果表明:含40g/L浓度的竹笋壳提取液PD A培养基能促进灵芝母种菌丝体的生长发育;添加20%竹笋壳废弃物可促进原种菌丝体的生长发育;添加20%竹笋壳废弃物不影响栽培种菌丝的生长发育;在灵芝的栽培生产培养基中添加20%竹笋壳废弃物不影响其产量及对栽培料的生物转化率;试验表明竹笋壳废弃物可开发为灵芝生产的培养基质。
