针对首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司4号板坯连铸机的切割工艺流程特点,建立优化切割模型,根据浇注过程中不同的生产情况,对生产计划中的板坯进行切割长度优化或作为废坯进行标记处理。利用VC++开发优化切割模型控制程序,并应用于生产现场。实践表明,该模型适用于双流板坯铸坯机连铸过程全流程的多定尺范围的优化切割控制,起到了提高炼钢作业区钢水收得率的作用。
According to the cutting process characteristics of No.4 slab caster of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd., the optimal cutting model is established. According to the different production conditions in the pouring process, the slab length in the production plan is optimized or used as the waste Billet marking process. Using VC ++ to develop and optimize the cutting model control program, and applied to the production site. Practice shows that the model is suitable for the optimal cutting control in the whole process of continuous casting process of double-strand slab casting machine and plays an important role in improving the yield of molten steel in the steelmaking operation area.
