反馈,在教学中是指教师在教学过程中输出信息,经过学生吸收处理后产生的教学效果再输送回来,并对教师教学信息的再输出发生影响的过程。课堂教学反馈是师生之间、生生之间多向信息交流的过程,是优化教学过程、实现教与学和谐统一的必不可少的环节,它贯穿于教学的全过程。教学中,如果教师能有效地运用反馈手段,既可以了解学生知识掌握、方法获得的情况,也可以检验自己的教学方法和教学效果,从而根据反馈信息随时调整教学进程,促进学生的发展。
Feedback, in teaching, refers to the process in which teachers output information during the teaching process, and then return the teaching effect produced by the students after they have been absorbed and processed, so as to influence the re-output of teachers’ teaching information. Classroom teaching feedback is a process of multi-directional information exchange between teachers and students and between students and students. It is an indispensable part of optimizing teaching process and achieving harmony and unity of teaching and learning. It runs through the whole teaching process. Teaching, if teachers can effectively use the feedback means, both to understand the students knowledge, method of obtaining the situation, but also can test their own teaching methods and teaching effectiveness, so that the feedback of information at any time to adjust the teaching process and promote student development.
