The Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Baoying Waterway Station shoulders the task of conservation and management of the 173.5km waterway from Baoyingzi Inflatable Brake to Liu Laojian Ship Lock in Suqian. It belongs to the fully-funded public institutions. There is a thought of “Hanlaobaoshoubao” among employees and the subjective initiative can not be effectively played . In order to break this dull serenity, the station implemented a series of internal reforms in the whole station in the early 1990s, of which the most proud of “Baosteel”
