能否正确地对五机架冷轧机的工艺参数进行设定,是关系到计算机是否能够有效地控制带钢生产的关键。武钢生产的含铜碳素钢的变形抗力比联邦德国同类钢种高,其加工硬化也与联邦德国钢不同(图1),误差较大,虽经多次调整,效果并不明显。为适应自产钢的轧制,确保产品质量,在较全面地研究了五机架冷连轧机预设定数学模型的基础上,对联邦德国提供的设定模型进行了修改,并于1981年9月经联邦德国专家确认后,取代联邦德国模型,用于五机架冷连轧机生产,取得了较好的效果。
Whether the process parameters of the five-stand cold rolling mill can be correctly set is the key to whether the computer can effectively control the strip production. The deformation resistance of the copper-bearing carbon steel produced by WISCO is higher than that of the same kind of German federal steel, and its work-hardening is also different from that of the German Federal Steel (Figure 1). The error is large, though the effect is not obvious after many adjustments. In order to adapt to the rolling of self-produced steel and ensure the quality of products, a set of mathematical model provided by Federal Republic of Germany was modified on the basis of a more comprehensive study on the preset mathematical model of five-stand tandem cold mill. After confirmed by the Federal German experts in September, it replaced the German model and was used for the production of five-stand tandem cold rolling mill with good results.
