目的探讨职业接触二(口恶)英对男工血浆中氧化应激指标的影响。方法以职业接触二(口恶)英的作业男工为暴露组和没有该职业接触史的人群为对照组,分别测定血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果与对照组相比,暴露组血浆中MDA含量明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示工人体内可能发生了脂质过氧化;同时抗氧化系统中SOD和GSH-Px活力均出现下降趋势,但仅有后者的下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业性接触二(口恶)英对男工血浆中氧化应激指标具有一定的干扰作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of occupational exposure to oxaliplatin on oxidative stress in plasma of male workers. Methods Male workers exposed to occupational exposure (British) and English were employed as control group, and plasma concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results Compared with the control group, the content of MDA in plasma of the exposed group was significantly increased (P <0.01), suggesting that lipid peroxidation may occur in the workers. At the same time, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px Vitality decreased, but only the latter difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The occupational exposure to dioxins has a certain interference effect on oxidative stress in plasma of male workers.
