2004年1-2月,陕西价格总水平继续呈上升态势,1、2月份全省居民消费价格同比分别上涨3.0％(全国3.2％)和1.8％(全国2.1％),比上年同期分别增加1.8和0.6个百分点。1月份全省居民消费价格环比上涨0.9％,涨幅比上年12月份增加1.0个百分点;2月份全省居民消费价格环比下降0.2％,降幅比1月份低1.1个百分点。 一、1-2月价格总水平变化的特点 从居民消费价格的类别构成来看,1、2月份消费品价格分别比上年同月上涨3.3％和1.6,涨幅比上年同期分别增加2.7和0.3个百分点。1、2月份消费品中
From January to February 2004, the general price level of Shaanxi continued its upward trend. In January and February, the consumer prices in the province rose by 3.0% (3.2% of the national total) and 1.8% (2.1% of the national total respectively) as compared with that of the corresponding period of last year, up from the same period of last year 1.8 and 0.6 percentage points. January consumer prices in the province rose 0.9% qoq, an increase of 1.0 percentage points from December last year; in February the province’s consumer prices fell 0.2% qoq, a decline of 1.1 percentage points lower than in January. 1. Characteristics of the general price level changes from January to February According to the composition of consumer prices, the prices of consumer goods in January and February rose by 3.3% and 1.6 respectively over the same month of last year, an increase of 2.7 and 0.3 respectively over the previous year percentage point.
