滚圈是矿井专用设备翻车机的主要零件,我厂在六十年代初开始生产时,滚圈为铆焊结构件,制造工序复杂,零件的刚度较差,尺寸和性能不易达到设计要求。后经设计修改,改成整体铸钢件,左右通用。通过多次铸造、加工、装配和使用试验,终于满足了设计要求,使翻车机性能和寿命都得到提高。经过生产实践,在肯定铸造滚圈优越性的同时,不断改进各种类型的滚圈铸造工艺。以φ2500mm滚圈(图1)为例:材质ZG35、净重950kg。平面和外圆加工,无特殊技术要求,把几次主要工艺改革作一介绍。
The rolling ring is the main part of the dumper for mine equipment. When our factory began to produce in the early 1960s, the rolling ring is a rivet welded structural part, the manufacturing process is complicated, the rigidity of the parts is poor, and the size and performance are not easy to meet the design requirements. After the design changes, into the overall cast steel, so GM. Through several casting, processing, assembly and use of test, and finally to meet the design requirements, the dumper performance and life have been improved. After the production practice, in affirming the superiority of the casting rolling circle, continuous improvement of various types of rolling casting process.
