曹店引黄闸隶属山东黄河河务局河口供水分局管理,担负着向东营市及胜利油田各大水库供水及曹店灌区农业用水的重任,其在东营市工农业生产中处于非常重要的地位,其安全性是水闸管理工作的重中之重。1、工程概况曹店引黄水闸位于山东省东营市东营区境内的打渔张险工16#坝,闸纵轴在大堤桩号200+770处,该工程1984年3月兴建,1984年11月年竣工。设计引水流量为30m3/s,加大引水流量为80m3/s。曹店引黄闸为钢筋混凝土箱形涵洞,每2孔为一联,共2联4孔。
